It’s not often you run into a Princess in southern Minnesota, but if you were in Owatonna, MN yesterday, you just may have encountered one! Danielle’s vision for her wedding day with Ty was to set the tone of their delightful reception with a Princess and the Frog theme. The tables were adorn with upside down wine glasses with little bunches of flowers in each one. Precious flower balls hung from the ceiling. The gift boxes on each plate setting were hand made decorated boxes with golden crowns stamped on them (no doubt they had some lovely treats inside!). Then there was the cake, each tier had three cakes inside and an assortment of Bailey’s Chocolate Mousse filling, plain Chocolate Mousse and Strawberry filling.. the tiers were then covered in fresh vanilla almond buttercream and decorated with a little *bling* – rhinestone ribbon. The Groom’s cake was of course, a kissable (and edible) Frog Prince. I’m just hoping the bride didn’t steal too many kisses from the Groom that day because I’m certain this Frog cake had high expectations! Happy Wedding day to this lovely couple and their lovely, creative, reception that they will remember for a lifetime.
